Privacy Policy

How Deepmox collects, uses, protects and handles personal data for accounts, subscriptions, AI learning features, security and support.

Last updated: June 17, 2026

Scope and controller

This Privacy Policy explains how Deepmox collects and uses information when you visit, create an account, subscribe to, or otherwise use the Deepmox learning platform. Deepmox provides the service under the Deepmox brand and may update this policy as the service, law, or operational needs change.

Information we collect

We collect account identifiers, authentication data, subscription and billing references, learning progress, favorites, community activity, AI Create prompts and outputs, feedback, email preferences, device-session data, security logs, approximate location from network metadata, browser and usage information, and support communications needed to operate Deepmox.

How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize learning topics, remember progress, secure accounts, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, send required lifecycle and security emails, provide support, measure product quality, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and develop or improve Deepmox using aggregated or de-identified information.

AI and user content

When you use AI Create or other interactive features, Deepmox may process your prompts, generated content, course interactions, and related metadata to deliver the feature, enforce quotas, troubleshoot safety or abuse issues, and improve service reliability. Do not submit information you do not have the right to provide.

Service providers

Deepmox uses service providers to run the platform. Cloudflare hosts the application, D1 data, R2 media, KV cache and Queues. Creem processes subscription payments. Resend-compatible email infrastructure sends transactional messages. Google and Apple can be used for sign-in. Providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Deepmox.

Cookies and similar technologies

Deepmox uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies for sign-in, device sessions, security, preferences, analytics and product functionality. Some cookies are required for the service to work. Browser settings may block certain technologies, but doing so can limit account or subscription features.

California and other North American privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California and certain other North American jurisdictions, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about how personal information is used. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used under California privacy law. Submit requests through Profile > Privacy & Data or support@deepmox.com; we may verify your identity before acting.

User choices

Security, billing and account administration emails are required. Product and marketing emails can be changed from profile preferences, and provider bounces or complaints create suppression records. Signed-in users can export structured account data from Privacy & Data.

Deletion, retention and subscriptions

Account deletion anonymizes the user profile, revokes active device sessions and removes user-owned learning, community and AI records while retaining minimized billing, security, compliance and audit records when required for fraud prevention, legal obligations, chargeback defense or dispute handling. If a paid subscription can still renew, users must first turn off auto-renewal or use the billing portal before deleting the account so no future billing occurs after account closure.

Security and international processing

Deepmox uses administrative, technical and operational safeguards designed to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where Deepmox or its providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required by law.

Children

Deepmox is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact support@deepmox.com so we can review and take appropriate action.
