Refund & Cancellation Policy

Strict cancellation, refund, renewal and billing expectations for Deepmox subscriptions.

Cancellation

Auto-renew can be turned off at any time through the official billing portal or by contacting support@deepmox.com for billing assistance. After the user chooses to turn off auto-renewal, access remains until the current paid period ends, and the user can resume anytime by turning auto-renewal back on.

No refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund, credit, or reduce fees already charged for the current or previous billing periods.

Discretionary exceptions

Deepmox may, in its sole discretion, offer a refund, credit, coupon, plan adjustment or other accommodation, but doing so in one case does not create an obligation to do so again or waive any rights under this policy or the Terms of Service.

Trials, promotions and plan changes

Free trials, promotional offers, coupons, discounts, beta access, credits, grandfathered pricing and plan changes may have separate conditions. Unless Deepmox states otherwise in writing, promotional value is not redeemable for cash and unused time, quotas or credits are not refundable.

Payment failures

If a payment fails, the subscription may enter a grace period and the platform may email the account owner. Deepmox or its provider may retry payment before suspending, limiting or terminating paid access.

Account deletion and termination

Deleting an account, violating the Terms of Service, losing access due to nonpayment, or having an account suspended or terminated for abuse does not create a refund right. Paid accounts must turn off auto-renewal or use the billing portal before deletion so future billing cannot continue after closure.

Chargebacks

Disputing a charge through a bank or payment provider without contacting support may pause or restrict the account during the investigation. Contact support@deepmox.com first so we can review the billing question and preserve relevant account records.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. If applicable law requires a refund, cooling-off period or other remedy, Deepmox will provide the required remedy only to the extent required by that law.
