Terms of Service

The terms governing Deepmox accounts, subscriptions, AI Create, learning content, user content, acceptable use, liability and dispute resolution.

Last updated: June 17, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Deepmox, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you use Deepmox for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

Accounts are personal, non-transferable, secured by password or federated sign-in, and limited to three devices unless Deepmox states otherwise. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep credentials confidential. The fourth sign-in may securely sign out the oldest device to protect the account.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Paid plans renew automatically through Creem or another authorized billing provider unless you turn off auto-renewal before the renewal date. Prices, taxes, plan features, quotas and billing intervals may change prospectively. Access continues until the paid period ends after cancellation, and resumes on confirmation of the next payment.

AI Create and output disclaimer

AI Create is available on eligible paid plans. Generated topics, summaries, transcripts, explanations, recommendations or other outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. Deepmox does not provide legal, financial, medical, professional or investment advice, and you are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.

Content and license

Deepmox and its licensors own the platform, software, design, trademarks, curated content and learning materials. You keep ownership of content you submit, but grant Deepmox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, moderate and create derivative works from that content as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. Private account content will not be used in public marketing materials without your permission.

GitHub Trending and third-party content

Deepmox may surface public repositories, links, videos, documentation, names, logos or other third-party materials for learning context. Third-party content remains the responsibility of its source. Deepmox may change, remove, summarize or stop displaying third-party content at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse, disrupt, scrape at a rate that affects service, reverse engineer protected portions, bypass access controls, share paid content outside permitted use, misuse AI features, infringe intellectual property, upload malicious code, probe systems without authorization, or use Deepmox for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or high-risk activities. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Service changes and termination

Deepmox may add, change, suspend, limit or discontinue features, content, plans, quotas or integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, Deepmox, providers or the public; comply with law; investigate abuse; respond to nonpayment; or enforce these Terms.

Data rights and account deletion

Signed-in users can request structured account data export and deletion from Profile > Privacy & Data. Deletion anonymizes the account, revokes active device sessions, clears both signed browser cookies and soft-deletes user-owned learning, community and AI records while keeping minimized billing, security and audit records required for fraud prevention, legal obligations and dispute handling.

Disclaimers

Deepmox is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deepmox disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, content accuracy and results from using the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deepmox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, substitute services, or unauthorized access. Deepmox's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of 100 USD or the maximum amount you paid to Deepmox for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Deepmox harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights or applicable law.

Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact support@deepmox.com and try to resolve the dispute informally. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law. You and Deepmox waive jury trials and agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative action; this is a class action waiver.

Changes to terms

Deepmox may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms are effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of Deepmox after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
